These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GoParkHERE and the services provided by AJR Management LLC related to matching drivers seeking parking spaces with individuals or entities offering parking spaces. By accessing or using the App and its services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Services
The App provides a platform that connects drivers seeking parking spaces (“Drivers”) with individuals or entities offering parking spaces (“Space Providers or Hosts”). The Company facilitates this connection but is not a party to any agreements between Drivers and Hosts. The Company does not own, operate, or control the parking spaces offered by Hosts.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Drivers acknowledge that you hold a valid drivers license and is authorized to operate the vehicle you will be parking. Space Providers/Hosts, acknowledge that they own or have full authorization to provide the space they are advertising.
Use of the App
a. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
c. You agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of the App or attempt to access the App’s data or systems without authorization.
Parking Agreements
a. Drivers and Hosts are solely responsible for agreeing upon the terms and conditions of parking arrangements, including but not limited to duration, fees, and any additional terms.
b. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by Drivers or Hosts, including the availability, location, and condition of parking spaces.
Payment
a. Drivers agree to pay the fees specified by Hosts for using their parking spaces, as agreed upon between the parties.
b. The Company may facilitate payments on behalf of Hosts through third-party payment processors. By using the App, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party payment processors.
c. Payout to hosts will be monthly. Payments will be made by the 10th of the following month for prior months earnings.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Disclaimers
a. The Company does not endorse or guarantee the availability, safety, legality, quality, or accuracy of parking spaces offered by Hosts.
b. You use the App at your own risk, and the Company is not responsible for any disputes or incidents that may arise between Drivers and Hosts.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without notice.
Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
